At Luxipet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at ecommerceafih@gmail.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned within the applicable return period.

• Be in their original condition.

• Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items.

• Not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the product has diminished due to unnecessary handling or use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.

• Gift cards.

• Digital products or downloadable content once access has been provided.

• Any item specifically identified as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product or receive proof that it has been shipped back, whichever comes first.

Original standard shipping charges paid when placing the order will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard shipping option are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers located in the European Union may exercise their legal right of withdrawal as described above.
