This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation providers, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be intercepted or redirected.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ecommerceafih@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Luxipet is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged product.

  • Photos of the shipping packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

You will not incur any additional shipping charges if this occurs.
